REXLAM®
REXLAM® is the new innovative panel produced with a 100% Recycled Polypropylene laminate for the furniture sector, interior decoration, wall panels and floors.

RESPET®
A revolutionary project, the first and only in the market since 2015, where the polymeric raw material used for the panel lamination is obtained from 100% recycled PET bottles. A significant step towards environmental protection. With RESPET®, 3B S.p.A. can provide a wide range of 100% recycled doors and furniture with the same characteristics and performance as virgin polymeric materials. RESPET® received an honorable mention at the 2017 Red Dot award.

REwind
This project envisages the provision of a high added value affecting the process film used on highly automated lines, allowing it to be 100% reused. With the start-up of the REWIND project, 3B S.p.A has put itself in the condition of not having to dispose of the film used in its production plants. Thanks to a F2F (film to film) recycling process, the same material becomes reusable with the same performance as the film produced with virgin resins of fossil origin.

WITH RESPET®, 3B S.P.A. CAN SUPPLY A WIDE RANGE OF 100% RECYCLED FLAT-PACK DOORS AND FURNITURE WITH THE SAME CHARACTERISTICS AND PERFORMANCE AS VIRGIN POLYMER MATERIALS. REwind
THE PROJECT INVOLVES THE PROVISION OF A HIGH VALUE-ADDED SERVICE INVOLVING THE PROCESS FILM USED ON HIGHLY AUTOMATED LINES, ENABLING ITS 100% REUSE. WITH THE START-UP OF THE REWIND PROJECT, 3B S.P.A. HAS PUT ITSELF IN THE POSITION OF NOT HAVING TO DISPOSE OF THE FILM USED IN ITS PRODUCTION PLANTS.
